Thread: Floating panels in border layout go below a window

    Default Floating panels in border layout go below a window

    Ext version tested:
    • Ext
    • Ext
    Browser versions tested against:
    • Chrome 41
    • FF 36
    • IE 10
    DOCTYPE tested against:
    • <!DOCTYPE html>
    • Floating panels (collapsible and floatable) of a border layout appears below (instead of above) a Window which is constrained inside a panel in the 'center' region.
    Steps to reproduce the problem:
    • Launch the attached Fiddle
    • Click on the headers of the border layout panels
    • => The panels are not visible as they go below the Window
    The result that was expected:
    • The floating panels stay above the Window.
    The result that occurs instead:
    • The floating panels stay below the Window.

    Are there any known workarounds for this problem? We try to use a floating grid editor and try to find a way to display it on top of everything.
