    Looks like we can't reproduce the issue or there's a problem in the test case provided.

    Ext version tested:
    • Ext 5.0.1.1255
    Browser versions tested against:
    • Chrome Version 38.0.2125.122 (64-bit)
    • Firefox 33.0
    DOCTYPE tested against:
    • ____
    Description:
    • When applying a filter with no matches and reloading the grid, when you remove the filter, the grid will show a duplicate record depending on the number of times the grid is reloaded.
    Steps to reproduce the problem:
    The result that was expected:
    • A single record with name "Bob"
    The result that occurs instead:
    • 2 records with name "Bob"

    We have noticed the thread has been marked as "CLOSED" as the problem cannot be reproduced or the test case is not correctly setup.

    For your convenience, we have created a video to demonstrate how to reproduce the issue using the fiddle example:

    Looks like this isn't a bug after all. According to one of our developers, since the model is being created from raw data, the data package has no idea that they are supposed to be the same model, so it creates two distinct models. It filters, clears data, adds new model, and clears filter. The filtered model, which is again separate and distinct from the new model, is added back to the data collection resulting in two models.

    You can add an id property to your raw data.

    How is this closed?!? That doesnt make any sense... Plus adding an idProperty to the reader doesnt work whihc it did in previous versions of ExtJS... Can we get a more definitive answer on this?. Also the version I see this in is 5.1.
