ext, buld not created within Project Folder

Hi,

Since upgrading to SA 3.1.0.1934, whenever I create a project. It seems that ext, build and packages directory is not stored within the project folder. Is that a new behaviour?

I'm using Mac OSX 10.9.5

E.g

Project Folder
/Users/Yazid/Desktop/Sencha Projects/Proj 1

ext, build and packages are stored in
/Users/Yazid/Desktop/ext
/Users/Yazid/Desktop/build
/Users/Yazid/Desktop/packages

I notice the default Library Base Path is set as follows:

Is there a new settings?

Sounds like you created a workspace via Sencha Cmd in the Desktop folder
