TaskRunner task taskStartTime, taskRunTime

In a TaskRunner task, the properties taskStartTime and taskRunTime have values like these: 1415227325880, 1415227319737.

What are these? I'm assuming they're some kind of date expression, but how are they usable and how can they be converted? I can't find documentation for them.

Looking at source available from API http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.2.3/#...til.TaskRunner, those are set using Ext.Date.now().

console.log( Ext.Date.now() );
        console.log( new Date( Ext.Date.now()));
        
        console.log( new Date(1415227325880));
        console.log( new Date( 1415227319737))

Output :

1415233414895
