item selector on extjs 3.0 get selected values

Hi, Please advise if there were any ideas or alternative in getting the selected values from the toData property of an itemselector component...im using the method itemselector.getValue() but it only returns a number or array of numbers, what i want is to get the rawValue or the display value...

It looks like you can fetch a reference to the store using itemSelect.toMultiselect.store
