Sencha Architect 2.2.3 - New Install, Cannot login to register, Server Error

REQUIRED INFORMATIONArchitect Build tested:

• Build: I cannot find build. Version is 2.2.3

Project Type:

Description:

• During the intial startup of the program it asks me to login. I enter the credentials that I logged into the forum on. After 4 seconds, I get a "A server error occured" message. The program seems to pass an internet connection test.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

• install 2.2.3 using standard settings
• open architect
• attempt to login

The result that was expected:

• The next step in the registration process

The result that occurs instead:

• "A server error has occurred"

HELPFUL INFORMATIONI closed out all programs. Restarted my computer. Reinstalled architect. I have an active internet connection. I am just trying to register the product.I need to use 2.2.3 for work on a project currently being maintained with 2.2.3.Screenshot, Project, or Video:

I also have to re-login everytime the page reloads for some reason. I am not sure if this is related or the way the forum works.
