The project we're currently working on has about 64 symbols, some of them are nested, and about 180 graphic files. So a rather medium to large size project.

The problem is that we're currently struggling with huge delays / performance issues using the Animator IDE making it nearly impossible to use Animator at all. A scene change takes several seconds, worst case up to 20 seconds (Spinning Beach Ball of Death). Same problem with opening and closing the symbol editor. Doesn't matter if we use the IDE under Windows or MacOS.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue? I guess it's a problem related to the relatively large number of symbols and the nesting.
