    Default Fire itemdblclick?

    Hello,

I have a grid panel with an 'itemdblclick' listener so that whenever I double click on a row, a message pops up with information about that row/record. My question is, how can I fire off the itemdblclick event on a specific row/record without me having to do it manually? How do I tell the event what row to go off on?

    Code:
    gridPanel.fireEvent('itemdblclick', row one for example)
How can I achieve this? Any help would be great.

The itemdblclick event offers the record doubleclicked as an argument. I'm not sure that you can trigger the event programmatically. What is it that needs to be accomplished in firing the event (as opposed to simply running the code you would have put in the handler?
