Aligning two bar charts horizontally with common y-axis

Hi,

I am required to align two bar charts horizontally, i am attaching the screenshot:

There are two charts, one with x-axis titled 'Change', y-axis as 'Causals' and the other with x-axis titled 'Investment Reallocation' and y-axis as 'Causals'.

a. These two bar charts have common y-axis as 'Causals
b. The layout to be of the grid form.

You will have to create a custom solution for this. There is nothing available in our configs that would provide this ability.
