Sencha sales/licensing not responsive

I'm at a bit of a loss here. I am interested in making a purchase, and so I reached out through the contact form (www.sencha.com/contact), initially with some licensing questions, on 5/21. I did not hear back. I tried again a couple days later, and also tried a direct email to [email protected]. No responses to those either.


I've since tracked down answers to most of the licensing questions on my own, and yesterday reached back out through the contact form to actually make the purchase (it does not allow me to 'add to cart' for the purchase I am making). No response to that as yet.


Am I missing something here?

Same here. I've left two messages regarding a purchase of a new license. I never heard from anyone. Care to notify the sales department? I have a coupon that will expire tm.

We have the same problem. We have send an email message to the sales email account in August and no responses so far.
