    Default Sencha sales/licensing not responsive

I'm at a bit of a loss here. I am interested in making a purchase, and so I reached out through the contact form (www.sencha.com/contact), initially with some licensing questions, on 5/21. I did not hear back. I tried again a couple days later, and also tried a direct email to [email protected]. No responses to those either.

I've since tracked down answers to most of the licensing questions on my own, and yesterday reached back out through the contact form to actually make the purchase (it does not allow me to 'add to cart' for the purchase I am making). No response to that as yet.

    Am I missing something here?

I'm sorry for the issues you have had. I'm going to have someone in sales reach out directly to you via your email.

Same here. I've left two messages regarding a purchase of a new license. I never heard from anyone. Care to notify the sales department? I have a coupon that will expire tm.

I don't know why it shows me as a guest. Will you be able to see my e-mail? I'm logged in....

Thanks Mitchell for the help. I got connected with Vicki and we are squared away.

Now that I am "official" I'm sure you will be seeing me pop in with questions from time to time. Your good posts around the forum have already helped considerably as I've been getting prepped for a large upcoming project.

We have the same problem. We have send an email message to the sales email account in August and no responses so far.
