Mutiple scroll bars are appearing in Viewport

Hi all,
I am using viewport container which has accordian within it. In accordian i have multiple containers. The layout setting for viewprt is border and for containers it is hbox and vbox. The issue is there exists multiple scroll bars inside container if teh item exceeds, Can anyone please suggest how to avoid multiscroll bars and adjust the items dynamically.
