    Default popup dialog box does not disappear after button clicked on android only

    Hi there,

    have anyone encountered that alert box / pop up dialog won't disappear after clicking the button ? (Currently experiencing this only on android 4.1.2 haven't tried on any other android device, works fine on chrome(on browser), ipad and iphone)

    To be exact the masking is removed but the box is still there right in the middle of the screen

    I tried generating new app and just add the following code at the launch function:
    Code:
    Ext.Msg.alert("", "Jingle bells", Ext.emptyFn);
    the popup dialog is displayed fine but after clicking the OK button the message box is still shown...

    PS: I also notice that the live preview of Ext.Msg / Ext.MessageBox is not working well it not displayed correctly that is

    Regards,

    So i noticed that the function parameter in Ext.Msg.alert() in 2.3 become optional and therefor we don't need to specify "Ext.emptyFn" but it should not be cause isn't it... (tried omitting the function part yet the box is still there...)any help guys?

    I am seeing the exact same problem on an Android 4.2.2 device.

    The mask disappears when the OK button on the alert box is tapped, but the msg box remains visible.

    Did you manage to get around this issue?

    Hi,

    nope, I haven't found any workaround for this..
    And the fact that it only happens on certain device make it harder...

    maybe if sencha's team come to realize about this issue they can do something about it.

    It may be worth creating a Sencha fiddle demonstrating the issue and submitting a bug to Sencha with details of which devices you are experiencing the problem on.
