Charts: a possiblity to position an axes at the middle of a chart

Hi,

It would be nice to have a possibility to position an axes at the middle of a chart, e.g. on zero if it has positive and negative value. Please look at the screenshot.

As far as I can see there is no such a possibility currently except drawing an axes manually.
