Default [1221] Undo is unpredicable, Redo unpredictable

When I change items, and hit undo, it undoes what I just did. Undo also only seems to work on the current class.

When I hit redo, then undo dies and redo 'might' work, then undo no longer works.

Trying to nail down an exact reproducable pattern.

When you have more info, please let us know.

The history stacks are individual to each top level class.

Yes, if i'm writing code in a function and I press Ctrl-z or undo button from the menu, nothing happens.

+1, undo seems to crap out quite often while working in the code editor. Can't find a pattern, but the undo will start/continue working in other windows. Best workaround I've found is to save often and when the undo fails, close the editor without saving and reopen to previous changes.

Yes, I have a lot of fixes coming for the editor in the next release to EAP (this week). One of them is certainly undo/redo sanity!
