iOS7 on iPad 2 and orientation change

Running the public Kitchen Sink demo from cdn.sencha.com on an iPad 2 in Safari with iOS 7 installed.
Start with the device in landscape and then rotate to portrait - no problems.

Go back to landscape and see that the browser chrome (the title) covers the top pixels of the screen:

I raised the same issue yesterday here:

Was hoping this would be resolved with the GA release of iOS 7 but unfortunately it is still present.

I got the same issue (seems like its a safari bug)
