These are nice themes, so now have to wait for 2.3 to get to final release, will wait for this.

Can't comment on official dates but you won't be waiting too terribly long

Will you provide full backward compatibility with 2.2 projects?

    Default Google maps

Will it work with google maps? Just noticed a Sencha Touch app I had stopped working on iOS.
Will the touch google map object in sencha architect continue to work with iOS 7?

if you have a flat android theme, just use that - it's pretty much the same as iOS7 and it's lack of design.

Hi, i see the 2 new themes in Sencha Touch 2.3 beta 2,while the Android theme is now much closer to the Android UI, i can't tell the same for the Apple theme. The question is, will Sencha Touch 2.3 come with a iOS 7 theme? If yes, it will support translucency for toolbar, tabbar, stylesheet, etc? Thanks

iOS translucency can't be achieved without CSS filters. (Not available in safari yet)

The best you can aim for is transparent with a bit of noise. But I don't think you'll run into issues because of it. Many "designed for ios7" apps don't implement that design pattern.

Stay tuned on the theme front. I think you'll be happy with the outcome.
