Line Chart Explanation

I'm trying to understand this example:

How could the code possibly render that chart? The Sample Values axis has a field of just 'data1'.

For that there are 2 series which is handling it. Technically it should have data3 in the axis also.

Do note that your link was for Touch Charts 1 which is used with Sencha Touch 1 but you are posting this in Sencha Touch 2 forum. I am moving to the appropriate forum but please post in the correct forum.
