How to add a ToolTip to CheckboxselectionModel class

HI, I want to add a tool tip to to the checkbox column header in my gridpanel. This check box was created and added to gridpanel by Checkboxselectionmodel class.
here in the class Checkboxselectionmodel class there is not support for tooltip.

Can any one please suggest me how to solve this problem. Please send me some sample code.
