Help: Need a ExtJS 4.x Framework overview

Hi:

I am new to ExtJS 4.x and Sencha Architect. I am looking for a comprehensive overview document/book/video that is geared to experienced Java/C#/Javascript OOP programmers with web app experience.

I am looking go understand better the nature and use of stores and models; component lifeycle, application lifecycle, best practices, what's built-in, what's not, etc.

Right now I am sorta mimicing code. Sadly, I do not have a clear view of the Big Picture. I wish that I did.

Any reference will be greatly appreciated.
