    Default ext window visibility issue in IE & Firefox

    Hi ,
    I am facing a issue when showing a ext window over a ext panel....
    The panel is available in center region of a viewport and im loading a pdf document using iframe . Now the issue is that , when i try to show a ext window , the window is not displayed properly.. the border of window remains unavailable...
    But the same works fine in chrome.. only IE and firefox shows this issue...
    Here is the panel which im using,....
     <ext:Panel ID="PnlDocView" runat="server"  AutoScroll ="true" Height ="600">    
            <AutoLoad Mode="IFrame" >
    Here is the window which im showing over the panel

            Modal="false" LabelWidth="50" >

                <ext:Button ID="btnCloseAction" runat="server" Text="Save" Icon="Accept">
                        <%--<Click OnEvent="btnCloseAction_Click">
                                <ext:Parameter Name="TextAreaContent" Value="Ext.util.Format.htmlEncode(TextArea1.getValue())"
                                    Mode="Raw" />
    Pls help.....
