Default sencha app build production command does not build a working production

Hello I am new to Sencha Touch and followed all the instructions on how to build my first app. Everything works fine until after I ran the "sencha app build production" command. Everything seem to go as planned and I received no errors. But when I went to look at the /build/producton/indrx.html file it does not load the app. it only loads the loading indicator but not the app.

Can someone please point me in the right direction.

    Sincerely
    Joseph

In 2.1.0 b1 or before (2.0.1.1, 2.0.0) there is an issue with app.json. Edit it, find this line towards the bottom:

    Code:
    logger : "no"
    and change it to:

    Code:
    logger : false
Then do a build and try that.

When something goes wrong, you need to try to do some debugging so you need to look for errors in the dev tools of the browser. If you have no idea, bring the error to these forums and someone may be able to tell you what the error means instead of guessing like I am above.

Thank you for getting back to me, I did do that and it seems to only work with Chrome. Is doesn't work in Safari.. also in Chrome some of the text in the title bar get truncated.

But if I upload the build file to a web server it seems to work fine in Safari.

Why doesn't it work in Safari? I have had no issues with the non build, a testing build and production build of any of my apps in Safari and Chrome so it leads me to wonder if you are using best practices.

The issue with Chrome truncating titles was fixed in 2.1.0 b2

Yes, you need to upgrade to either 2.0.3 (subscriber download) or 2.1 beta
