    Default animCollapse on Collapsible panel causes 3 resize event in Center Panel

    In Ext 4.1x:

    When animCollapse=true on a collapsed Ext.panel.Panel in a BorderLayout, an expand will cause 3 resize events to be fired for the Center Panel. (see code below). The first event has as arguments the new size, the second event the old size and the third, again, the new size.

    Setting animCollapse to false stops this behaviour.

    This works fine in 4.0.7.

    Code:
    Ext.onReady(function () {

        var viewport = new Ext.Viewport({
            "xtype": "viewport",
            "layout": {
                "type": "border"
            },
            "items": [{
                "xtype": "panel",
                "region": "west",
                "title": "Left Panel",
                "width": 400,
                "collapsed": true,
                "collapsible": true,
                "animCollapse": true
            }, {
                "xtype": "panel",
                "region": "center",
                "title": "Center Panel",
                "listeners": {
                    "resize": function (obj, width, height) {
                        alert("resized to width: " + width + ", height: " + height);
                    }
                }
            }]
        });

    });

    Confirmed, it only fired once against 4.0.7 and fires 3 times using 4.1.0 RC3. Moving this thread to the bugs forum.
