Default How to make extjs application screen resolution independent?

I have developed big application using ExtJS 3.x with numbers of pop up with Grid and Panel and lots more components. I have set width and height of each panel, components, window, Grid (all components) fixed i.e. height: 1000 and width: 800 like wise. I am developing this application on Windows 7 with 1280x1024 resolution and works fine as I have set all size by considering this resolution.

Now, when I change resolution to lower say 1024x768, my application looks dirty. No pop up window looks proper and components cut off. User cannot see all windows, screen and other components which I have put on it properly.

So, how to make application resolution independent. I mean depends on resolution, application components' size should be set accordingly.

Please provide me some work around as stuck with this crucial issue.

    Thanks in advance
