Default Metaform issue with textarea fields

    Hi,

anyone experience with the metaform plugin from (Saki see http://www.sencha.com/forum/showthre...ed-from-server)

When using a textarea field on the metaform, i get a "unterminated string" error when a user types a CRLF.
i assume that the string which is posted back, should be converted first to a valid html/json string...
i'm a newbee.. can anyone help me out on where i should modify the code to capture this error...

    thx

Yes... what you send needs to be valid JSON... you can check with jsonlint.com

Yes, i know... the problem is not the code itself...

The metaform plugin that i've used from Saki, posts back a string to the server . This string is generated by the metaform plugin and causes errors during posting when this string contains invalid (ex: CRLf or quotes) chars.
to solve this, i should be able to properly format this string... the only problem i have is that i do not know (or do not understand) the working of this plugin, where i should add this enncoding in order to make it work, even with special chars... ..

could you help to indicate where to do this?

    thx
