I have file in the output directory I don't want controlled by JSBuilder, and are not... I'm working on a Sencha Touch app, and compass is controlling the style, and I have large JSON files that basically act as databases that I don't want JS builder to modify. However, every JS and CSS file that isn't controlled by JS Builder in the output directory gets these:

*/


Over and over and over again. I've had to go in and delete those things on a bunch of files repeatedly while working on the project. It doesn't remove the previous one either, it just keeps prepending them and sometimes there are 30-40 of them in one file.
