    thanks.

I'm getting confused by posts citing 4.0.4 or 4.0.5, I think they're svn versions, not yet released.

We're considering buying a commercial license, mostly to have access to early versions.
Does the standard support pack includes access to some not-yet-released versions or git/svn ?

I think this is important at least now where there's a lot of bugfixing in progress...

Yea - there's basically two options:

    1) Normal commercial license, all minor and first patch versions (e.g. 4.0.0, 4.0.1, 4.1.0, 4.1.1)

    2) Any Support license, which gives access to all patch releases (4.0.5 will be released to support next week), as well as our support engineers

Has 4.0.4 been released to support subscribers yet? Do we (support subscribers) normally get an e-mail when new versions come out?

Yes it was released about a week ago. I don't think we send emails out currently, but have discussed doing so (sounds like you'd like that?)

Definitely - some kind of notification would be nice.

I kept checking this page - http://www.sencha.com/products/extjs/upgrade - as that's the one linked to on the main download page -

visit the Current Customer page to download the latest version of the framework.
Is that page supposed to be updated when new versions are released?

I do know where to go now for the latest download now.

That is for public releases as it's a public page - you can access the support subscriber releases via the support portal

I think another bullet point on that page directing customers to the support portal for the latest version, along with the version number, would certainly help.

It wasn't obvious to me until I logged into the support portal that that's where I needed to be.
