    Default "hands-on support and maintenance"

I have purchased Sencha complete and it says that it includes "hands-on support and maintenance".

I if hands-on support means the support I get from this forum?

    And what is maintenance about?

    Thanks

At the top of the "Premium Help" forum is a "stick" to this link.

I can ask whatever question in the ticket system or is it only for bugs?

Since you paid for a license with premium support, you can ask for anything you'd like.

I've received great help some times and mediocre help other times. They aren't going to build your app for you, but they will make suggestions and find YOUR bugs.

Just remember, each question costs at least 10 credits. So, use them wisely.

Oh. But then I guess I shall use this forum to ask trivial questions and the ticket system for more in depth questions.

    I only have 20 credits :/

How do I earn more credits?

I guess that you can buy them; e-mail to Sencha on specifics.

Anyway, start to as on Premium Help, we're here to help you as much as we can, maybe that'll be enough for you.
