    Default Styling Question

I want to style certain elements in my forms. For now, my needs are simple: center the text of titlebars; add more margin to the left edge of textFields.

Looking at the HTML in Firebug, I see that my title text is in:
    <span id="ext-gen19" class="x-panel-header-text">Add New Order</span>

I know some of these can be done as properties, such as changing the font on field labels.
Is this best done in CSS or are there better ways? Such as templates?

    Thanks.

Each component has a "style" config option for inline styles and also a "cls" config where you can put the css class for the component. Then, check in firebug and see where your class is inserted in the DOM and you can easily create your css rules to do whatever you need.
