Thread: grid formatting ability?

  1. #1

    Default grid formatting ability?

Were investigating the possibility of using the ExtJS grid for a product listing. Can the grid handle images, buttons and formatted HTML text? Could we make each row look similar to this?

And then ideally, we could use the drag and drop between grids functionality for a drag n drop shopping cart (or use buttons)

Is this possible? Has anyone ever used the grid in this way?

To answer your questions: yes, yes, yes and yes.

Visit the demos and in particular, check out the "Paging" grid demo. It shows how the body of each grid row can be extended to incorporate your own layout. The demo doesn't include any images, but they can easily be added.
