    What exactly is the time for submission?

    I've seen noon tomorrow (contest rules) and midnight tomorrow (notes.sencha.com).

    Can someone help?

    The official rules say :

    All submissions for the first round of the contest must be made by noon
    California Time on October 27th 2010.
