Default Event when all content is loaded

It may be a stupid question, but the current state of docs makes it a lil hard.

Is there any event or way to find out when all content have been loaded.
Lets say that I have a panel in card layout. There is 8 cards that all holds an image. Is there any way for me to know when all images have been downloaded?

No, there's no such arbitrary event for "everything is loaded", you'll need to manage it yourself.
