Try running architect under a different user profile. I had this issue a while back and the only fix was re-creating the user profile from scratch.

I ran into this a few months ago and the way I understand it the issue is with the way the iPad handles the pdf file and not EXTJS.

I use this to work around the issue until something changes:

Since I upgraded to 4.2.4 the design view is broken on new and existing MODERN projects.

Log tab says: Framework Error: Cannot read property 'add' of undefined.

Any help appreciated.

The update from within architect did not work for me either. I downloaded the installer from the support site and it installed correctly. So far it appears to be working correctly.
