View Full Version : ColdFusion and ExtDirect CASE problem..

4 May 2010, 3:00 PM
Probably I am not alone in this issue with ColdFusion... :">
Problem: In response from ColdFusion database query Row headers are all in UPPERCASE.. :-?
There are some cases when You need to pass configuration data back to Client side, WHICH is CASE SENSITIVE...
Just a few examples: metagrid , meta form, tree node configurations and so on..
Anyone came to reasonable solution? In PHP before, I never even thinking about such a problem, but now It is almost showstopper and I'm stuck... :s

{'EXTJSFIELD':'this is nice'}
instead of

{'extjsField':'this is nice'}
