Hi! Im currently attempting to simulate a slide floater of a div content. I manage to make the slidein and out work, but there's a a gap between the two, like i want a seamless transition. is this possible?

You want something to slide into view, then immediately slide back out?

As you can see im trying to emulate a scroll effect, but there's this gap between the two fx animations. I thought i could, as soon im sliding out the div content, slide in imediately.....

There is something missing in documentation.
You can do scroll animation by something like this:

marginLeft: m,

See an example: http://dev.sk-typo3.de/ext/panelscroll.html

You can also actually animate the scrollLeft property which is probably better in this case than moving an element using its margin.

Ok, but im just refreshing the div content when i slideout so that the slidein shows the new content. Its not an overflowed div.

Here's some code:

var rewind=new Ext.Button({iconCls:'x-tbar-page-prev',
handler: function(){
Ext.get('ext-gen35').slideOut('r', {
callback :function(){slideZone.rewindX()},
duration : .2,
remove : false}).slideIn('l',{duration: .2});

var forward=new Ext.Button({iconCls:'x-tbar-page-next',
handler: function(){
Ext.get('ext-gen35').slideOut('l', {
duration: .2,
remove : false}).slideIn('r',{duration: .2});

As you can see i refresh the next div content in the callback function, but the slidein fx animation only comes in after all the div content is out in the slideout fx....

Still, i have a feeling that this could be achieved by the fx slide animations....

Is there a way to fire both fx animations simultaneously???the syncFx isnt working...

Seems theres a problem with slideIn in IE, after the effect the div content disappears.....any feedback on this?
