View Full Version : [SOLVED] Call to doLayout when resizing grid returning undefined

I am working with an existing layout:

<div id="PageHeader">...</div>
<div id="PageTitle">...</div>
<div id="PageContent"><div id="MyGrid"></div></div>
I have a grid inside the PageContent element and would like it consume 100% width and height of the container (the PageContent div's height is managed with a jQuery plug-in). When the window resize event is triggered I tried to call myGrid.doLayout() to have it recalculate it's layout however it appears to be returning undefined. If I wanted to maintain the existing layout (that is, not use a viewport) and call a redraw event is doLayout the right function to call?

Managed to make some progress on this with Condor's FitToParent plug-in (http://www.extjs.com/forum/showthread.php?t=28318). The trick was to specify the parent div in the constructor.
