Drag/Drop causes to drag beyond the viewport in IE

Hi,

I looked at this example: http://extjs.com/deploy/dev/examples/dd/dragdropzones.html
and I wondered why dragging an element causes IE to go beyond the viewport (scrolls to the right and below)?
What should I implement to prevent this from happening?
Look at the attachment to see what I mean.

And by the way, why does this behaviour only occur in IE, and not in FF?
