View Full Version : TabPanel problem: TabPanel unreachable tabs when overflowed

Hello all!

The issue is urgent for us at the moment. So in our application we use TabPanel. If it displays many tabs, they get shown/splited in rows. When the last row doesn't overflow but all other does, the arrows for moving left and right to display invisible (overflowed) tabs isn't shown. So the TabPanel thinks that it's width depends only on the length of the last row of tabs. Try to add about 90 tabs: TabPanel example (http://extjs.com/deploy/dev/examples/tabs/tabs-adv.html)

I tried to set the width of the tab panel's header to a small value to fix the problem but no success and Firefox's error console says:
c is null
function EBc(c,d,a){var b=c.od();b.setWidth(d,a);return c}

Is it possible to set the TabPanel so it will not split tabs into multiple rows? So only one row will always remain. Or is there another solution?

The solution is in setting the proper css style to the TabPanel and it's described in the GWT-EXT forum:
