Can't access trial

Hello,

I've signed up for trial access to the ExtWebComponents library. I've also received npm credentials, but every time I attempt to walk through the "Getting Started" page, I receive the following:



npm ERR! 403 403 Forbidden - GET https://npm.sencha.com/@sencha%2fext-modern-runtime - unregistered users are not allowed to access package @sencha/ext-modern-runtime


I've walked through the "npm Troubleshooting" steps a little over a dozen times now, and even tried on different machines to no avail.

Please advise.

Seeing as it's a 30-day trial, are there any other avenues I can reach out to?

At this rate, the credentials will expire before I get access...
