View Full Version : SENCHA ARCHTECT WILL NOT OPEN !

Trying to open architect.. i see a lot processes starting in the task manager. but it does not open !!
tried fresh install.. resulting in the same problem !


anyone experience the same ? and hopefully knows a solution ?

We do suggest using the support portal when you need assistance with a capability of a Sencha product, you have identified a situation where a products behavior is inconsistent with the product documentation and might indicate a software bug, or when the communication between you and Sencha needs to be private.

Try running architect under a different user profile. I had this issue a while back and the only fix was re-creating the user profile from scratch.

uninstall and reinstall also works... also you can nuke the folders under your user profile and it will reset all settings (better than recreating profiles).
