Grid scrolling isn't working on Google Chromebox and Chromebook

One of our customers is using Google Chromebox and Chromebook.
On this platform scrolling isn't working in the Grid panel (when the mouse is over the grid panel and then if we scroll ideally the scroll bar would move, but in Chromebook it is not happening).
I saw the same question for ExtJs 5.1 on this forum;
