So firstly this needs update:

I've notice this URL works, so that should be added:
https://docs.sencha.com/downloads/extjs-653-docs.zip
Also `extjs-653-docs` seem not to include cmd docs. E.g. guides for Progressive Web Apps are missing. The guides for cmd can be found in `cmd-docs.zip`, but I cannot seem to get both working together. What kind of works:
Copy `cmd` folder beside `extjs` folder.
Rename `cmd/6.5.0` to `cmd/6.5.3`.
-> guide links to cmd work (this is OK).
-> sidebar menu is not displayed (not OK :().
