Scrollbars in IE not working after KB4040685

Hi,
After updating internet explorer to KB4040685 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4040685/cumulative-security-update-for-internet-explorer)
our clients found a problem in comboxes.
It is not possible to scroll through a drop-down menu by using the scroll bar.
The Scroll bars simply disappears.

The problem is can be observed in the demo:

Has anyone ideas on this problem?

We are seeing the same issue - it seems to apply to other bootstrap too:

I've been trying to find a workaround in GXT but no luck so far - will post back here if I get anywhere.

Can not scroll in combo box , scroll disappears as soon as its clicked. IE 11.0.47 (KB4040685)
