menuDisabled for the CheckColumn is not set to true by default

The doc for the CheckColumn says that the CheckColumn menuDisabled prop is true by default but looking at the code it is not so. Actually, it is not even defined in the config section. align config is not defined either even though it is referenced in the doc.

Also, on a related note, selectionColumn configuration of the rowOperations plugin does not respect the menuDisabled prop.
