How are we suppose to configure the plug-in to tell how to start Sencha app watch

How are we suppose to configure the plug-in to tell how to start Sencha app watch, with parameters, and port?

Right now, when I choose option to start sencha watch, it does nothing, no error, and no console showing up.

But if I ask to stop sencha watch, it said sencha watch not started and show the console.

I have version 1.0.1 of Sencha Ext JS plug-in.

How are you attempting to start app watch? If you do it from the command palette, it uses the currently open file to determine which app to start. If there is no open file, it just fails silently. That's something we need to fix. If you run app watch from the project tree context menu by clicking on the app or any file in the app, it should always work.
