I have n numbers of panel, how can I lock/freeze my first panel so it wouldn't come in scroll.

Like we can do it in Ext.grid.panel (http://docs.sencha.com/extjs/4.2.2/#!/example/build/KitchenSink/ext-theme-neptune/#locking-grid)

Wrap the other panels in a container with autoScroll: true and position the scrolling container next to the frozen panel using a box layout, or similar.

Would that satisfy your requirements?

It can be helpful if panels are fixed and not drag-able.

In my case, they are drag-able but once first panel is locked it wouldn't be move-able and scrollable.

Any update on this?

Alternatively, I have tried to use grid locking but when I unlock it my horizontal scroll disappears.
