Not directly. You could integrate animations from Animator into a page and then start the animations as you scroll to them.

A timeline of the animation can be bound to the scroll? Make the animation stopped with the scrolling, and rewind to position with fast scroll.

No, you'd only be able to start (and reset) the animations since the animations are time based.
