Create Buffered Grid in Extjs 3.4.0

Hi,

I have seen some examples on internet. But all related to Extjs 4x. & In the example of Extjs 3.4.0 they have given buffered grid works with paging toolbar.
But I want to create a Buffered Grid without paging toolbar in Extjs 3.4.0. Can anybody help me to resolve this issue.

I have tried this example. But It's not working. No data is showing on the grid.
& I also want xml data, not json data.
