ExtJs pluginWhat kind of plugin do you mean? Spket (http://www.scribd.com/loianeg/d/43810349-Tutorial-Spket-Setting-Up-Eclipse-IDE-for-Ext-JS-and-JQuery-Development)?
i recommend: don't do it... no really.. don't - you would scream a lot, think that javascript is the worst language in town and you would constantly need more monitors, because you'll throw them, kick them and whatever you can imagine ;)
Use a better ide. If you use Java on the server part (which i suppose, because you're using eclipse) - you should consider using IntelliJ IDEA (ultimate version - yes it costs - but your productivity will raise about 100%). If you're using only web-languages - you can try WebStorm of the same vendor.
spket is just a very simple and poor improvement of a javascript editor in eclipse - especially with ext4 it won't help much, because the type system is used in strings and spket can't recognize those... IDEA can ;)
