View Full Version : IE 9 shows dates as NaN

I looked through the forum history and found several references to DateColumn that show as NaN, but this is a bit more fundamental. This code below shows as NaN:

var date = new Date('2012-03-13T00:00:00.000-04:00');

I'm stuck using ExtJS 3.4 because of a customer requirement, but can apply a patch if Sencha has one for this issue.

I'd like to note that when I try this code in jsfiddle, it works in all browsers (including IE) when ExtJS isn't loaded. It also worked when I loaded ExtJS 3.1 core at jsfiddle (their last supported version).

Try using parseDate on the Date object that Ext JS 3 adds.

Thanks. That did it.
